Every now and then it's good to take time out from the hustle and bustle of daily life..

And if in the stillness of your retreat, whether in the wilderness of open spaces or the majesty of the mountains, your thoughts might turn to wonder at the beauty of the land, then just breathe easy! Know that your loving God made it all for people like you, that there's more and better to come one day, and yes He really does want you to have it all! Probably not your neighbour's farm or hill of course, but something greater, something worth a sacrifice. Indeed something for which He paid a great price, that is the joy of your sharing in God's life itself and in His kingdom - without end. Remember His words:
Luke 6:38 "Give, and it shall be given to you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over.."

And if you ever doubted His capacity to deliver, then see what He's delivered already..
Psalm 24:1 "To the Lord belongs the earth and all it contains, the world and all who live there"

So be encouraged to follow His ways..
Psalm 24:3-5 "Who shall ascend into the mountain of the Lord: or who shall stand in his holy place? The innocent in hands, and clean of heart, who hath not taken his soul in vain, nor sworn deceitfully to his neighbour. He shall receive a blessing from the Lord, and mercy from God his Saviour."
and get fit for the task..
1 John 1:9 If we make it our habit to confess our sins, he is faithful and upright to forgive us those sins and cleanse us from all evil.
remember to take plentiful supplies..
John 6:51 "I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever; and the bread that I will give, is my flesh, for the life of the world.."
